Shipping policy

We ship from a third party distributor. All orders, once placed, have 24 hours to cancel prior to being sent for fulfillment. In some cases, your order may be fulfilled prior to 24 hours. Once your order ships, we can not cancel shipment or reroute your package to a different address. It is the buyers responsibly to check shipping prior to placing the order, as we can not change the shipping address after order confirmation. Fulfillment can take up to 16 business days before shipment. 

If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, we have to wait for the item to arrive, and will work with you to return your order.

Transit time is between 10-15 days from fulfillment to delivery. Shipping carrier vary depending on the size of the item ordered. At this time we only have standard mail delivery, express is not available.
